Our family has been living here for about a year, and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Cindy has taken great care of us since move-in and has always been helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The management team communicates well and responds promptly to service requests. I worked there for 2 and a half years. The property is beautiful, and the management/maintenance is great. Staci, Cindy, and Josh at the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and happy to help residents. Jozelyn, Alonzo, and Xazier from maintenance were responsive and caring with any maintenance request. I'll definitely miss 88 and its residents!
Leasing and the property management team here are terrific. Cindy was a pleasure to work with on getting a new lease. The common areas and property overall are in very good condition and is maintained very well
