I would recommend this apartment for multiple reasons. First and most important, Cindy Chiu, the leasing officer, is extremely helpful and thoughtful. For the past 10 years, I've lived in 6 different apartments in 3 different cities. I met good leasing officers and also not that good ones. But I can say Cindy is the kindest and most patient officer I've ever met. She greatly helped us know the apartment, prepare for move-in, and move-in. Throughout the process, she performed very professionally and excellently, answered all questions very patiently and meticulously, and successfully helped me rent the house I like.
