This was my second time at 87 Sussex amd it just keeps getting better. First, the restaurant feels both elegant and homey. The service and staff are top notch - including the bar staff- we got there before our party & had a drink at the bar before dinner. If you're looking for a reason to venture outside of Summit, make a reservation at 87 Sussex in Jersey City! From the moment we arrived (and somehow scored the best parking spot right in front!), the evening was off to a perfect start. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful... stylish, warm, and inviting. Beautiful and delicious food, tasteful and trendy interior, with amazing service! Have been here three times now, and had a fantastic experience both times. Did not have one bad bite, and our servers were so fun and friendly, giving us excellent recommendations. The food is also presented so beautifully, you’re going to want to take a picture of it before you eat it! Can’t wait to return, and highly recommend!
