I cannot say great enough things about 865 Storage. I just graduated from UTK and needed a unit to store my furniture for the summer while I am working at an internship. I read through the reviews and landed on this one. It did not disappoint! For starters, they are locally owned. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's wife. If i could give them more than 5 stars i would. Danny has taken care of my wife and i both since we started renting from him. We are very happy with our unit and the service is the best you'll get anywhere.

My wife and I needed a 10x15 storage unit for a year to help us manage a couple of urgent needs. Danny was great to work with. He got us set up with a unit right away, helped us get access to the supporting technology (which worked well, by the way), and handled minor issues with automated billing and payments quickly and efficiently.
