Darrin arrived earlier than the specified 9-11 time slot I was given. After running his checks, he explained what our issue was and provided a timely fix. After losing our long time heating/air company, we’re glad to find 865 HVAC!

Darrin sent us a note to let us know when he was on the way and arrived well within the scheduled appointment time frame. He did a great job of answering our questions about system performance, checking and cleaning the units and then explaining the work he performed. He was very personable and professional and did excellent work. HIGHLY recommend these folks for install and ongoing maintenance.
