Ordered boba here and they gave us thin straws that don’t work. When I asked, the first worker brushed me off, and the second made an annoyed face and said, “If you wait around 15 minutes, I can drive my car to get you straws.” It came off as sarcastic, unprofessional, and made us very uncomfortable.
