They offered us burned bread . Told them we don't want burned bread. Told us to wait for 15 minutes. My husband waited while I'm outside the store. When we got home I noticed that they includd some of the burned bread. That's cheating. They should have thrown those away!
oh my gosh! this place is ALWAYS busy, but the bakery items are delicious and they always have something new to try. The line moves very quickly and the staff is very efficient. The two things i would change- 1. the layout, it gets a bit bottle-necked and crowded at the self serve pastry area, and there are some staff that are not exceptionally gifted at small talk...but overall, I recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a new and unique pastry -bakery-sweets shop!
