Unfortunately I've had a very toxic experience with this complex. A roommate and I took over the remainder of a lease for one of the 2 bedroom apartments in March ending at the start of June. The lease started really rocky - management often dropped the ball on getting us set up with the necessary amenities and access to the systems. This is directed to 855 Brannan rental management. My experience as a resident of two years is completely overshadowed by the completely tone deaf response that has been provided in regards to rental adjustment and COVID 19 impact. They show no empathy, no willingness to listen and respect the residents who have paid months of expensive rent on time. At the move out, we were charged with an unexpected fee of $1000+ on our deposit.
RecommendedThe staff is awesome and we love the Redwood Grove. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping public transportation and retail shops.
Started living here Sep 2017, it’s great and will get better! Four stars until construction is done and commercial spots open on the second wing in development.
The best place in SF!!!
An awesome place to live and meet people. Very quiet area. Fun living place.
