This is directed to 855 Brannan rental management. My experience as a resident of two years is completely overshadowed by the completely tone deaf response that has been provided in regards to rental adjustment and COVID 19 impact. They show no empathy, no willingness to listen and respect the residents who have paid months of expensive rent on time.
