Waitlisted a table with name and phone number, was told the wait would be over 30 minutes so I went to run a quick errand at the grocer nearby. When I got back within the half hour, I noticed that my name was crossed out on the list. Asked why and was told since I left the restaurant I was no longer on the waitlist. Then I asked why they'd want my number on the waitlist (which you'd expect they'd use to let you know you have a table ready) to which I was told they never call 🤷. Everything was bland, tasteless. Even the drinks didn’t have enough sweetness or flavour.
In true HK style, our food arrived in 10 mins. Hot and delicious.
Horrible service. Called to see if they have spots or if we can book reservations the guy on the phone yelled no u need to walk in rudely. And once we get there, no one came to help or take our names down. We stood in the front and waited 20 mins before we left. The workers made no eye contact or came by the door so we couldn’t even get a hold of anyone to add us to wait list. What type of restaurant have no one by the door
