Wonderful group to work with!
The tenant portal is excellent for communicating with the office and keep track of requests for repairs. I like them and they work hard at keeping me up to date on renewals and other things with the house.
Love Patricia and Kim. They are a fantastic team and they've been helping me with my properties in Brevard while I'm away. I can count on them for everything and they're very responsive.
Patricia was the property manager for my condo for 13 years until I decided to sell. Always found her to be responsive and caring. Never had a reason to complain.
