Worst customer service experience. The staff were rude, impolite, and completely unprofessional. Their behavior also felt discriminatory. The billboard says customers can ask to have the food served hot, but when we asked, they refused simply because we had already opened the package. Very disappointing service and no respect for customers.
Everytime I buy ice coffee here they fill the cup with ice and the coffee is probably 10% of the cup. I have requested for less ice and still the same
I came here for pick up and barista talking and painfully slow . Cashier only doing work and meanwhile barista just talking and making waiting time long . Ridiculous waited 25mins+ just for pick up. They just ignoring online orders.
