Service is okay, but the rewards system at 85°C Bakery Cafe is terrible. QR codes on receipts rarely scan, the numbers are unclear, and manual entry often fails. Even after contacting support, nothing worked. I’ve lost hundreds of points because of this. The old system was much better. This needs to be fixed ASAP, otherwise you’re going to keep losing customers like me.
Cake is delicious! Coffee is great! Cashier is hot!
Used to be my fav bakery but lately the quality has dropped alot. Cake slices used to be creamy and soft but yesterday’s felt like more bready and less creamy. I loved there mango and strawberry cakes but due to less creamy it did not taste like before.
