I called Rick in the afternoon and he came out first thing the next day to sort out the HVAC at my shop. In about an hour he had everything sorted out, recharged my A/C and fixed faulty wiring. His prices seemed fair, and I appreciate that he was able to fix everything on the spot and not have to come back with parts or reschedule to finish the job. Top notch guy, Rick will be my HVAC guy going forward.
Rick did repair our AC fan control board on his first visit. He had to come a second time to fix his repair: he'd wired his repair so the AC would not turn off when it reached the bottom temperature set at the thermostat (set to 71° but had to turn off by hand at 66°). But he did come. 4 days later, we had symptoms very similar to the first problem: no cold air. This time there was also straining sounds when the AC came on.
