Took my money and LIED to me for 12+ weeks! I worked with one of their salespeople in June 2025 to get pricing for two windows and a sliding door. Place my order and PAID IN FULL in July 2025. Salesperson said 4-6 weeks for custom windows and door to arrive. Pretty standard... After the 6 weeks I started checking in. The salesperson would say things like "we're expecting your windows and door on the truck next week" or "in two weeks".
