We were on our way home from the Grand Design Rally in Indiana we lost our wet bolt and was stranded along the road. We called them Ed Jorgensen ,he stayed after hours and waited for us. He fixed us and got us on the road so that we could make it home to Minnesota.
Great team. We purchased a trailer and were very pleased with the sale and maintenance team. They all answered all of our questions and the walk through was great. Looking forward to our camping journeys. Thank you.

We just returned from our first ever RV rental trip. We took all seven of our children on a 13 day adventure in the 32' Bunkhouse. There was plenty of storage space and sleeping space for us all. We were given personal cell #'s to be in touch should issues arise. While we did encounter some problems they did not ruin our trip and 83RV was very understanding. We could have been held responsible for 100% of the RV damages, but 83RV was compassionate regarding the circumstances and generously worked out a more than fair bill. W... read more
