Felipe went above and beyond to repair a broken furnace in a rental property. He is a great communicator and thoroughly explained the issue + options and timeline to completion before I decided to move forward. Felipe & his partner were great. Excellent work & such a fun person. To have a positive attitude & be replacing a furnace when it’s 80 plus degrees out? You can tell he’s passionate about his work & wanting the job done right. Very fair price as well which sealed the deal for us. I’d recommend him hands down.
I found 831 Heating Inc. online and made an appointment with the owner Felipe to get an estimate to replace our inefficient, 30+ year old Rheem furnace (4.8 Google rating was a key selling point to reach out to him). Felipe's estimate came well under the other estimates that I collected, and he proposed using a smaller, more efficient 80% two-stage Bryant furnace. Felipe is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional. He did a heat pump install for me and did an excellent job. Always on time and communicated well. He’s a good problem solver and went above and beyond to get the job done right. His assistant Jessie was great too.
I rec'd three quotes, 831 was the best and their communication during the bidding process was great. The install they did in our commercial building was top notch. Definitely would look no further and go with these guys. On top of it all they fixed the access road to our building for a nominal fee.
