Total scam when renting an RV. Up sell you on everything by scaring you with possible fees if not in perfect condition with a return. Pre-clean or face crazy fees. Get separate insurance for windshield or else. Also need separate insurance for RV but make note, this does not cover the retractable awning. That is not covered no matter what you purchase and it will cost you an exact $3000 to replace. They are scammers. After I dropped the RV, it took 2 weeks for them to reach out to me and tell me that I have made a damage. When I asked for proof, my request was denied. They never refund my deposit and faked the charges
