These buildings in the Beaches are spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Jackie's kindness, attentiveness, and dedication make all the difference!. Highly recommend!
Absolutely lovely buildings and well taken care of. Have modern upgrades while keeping the old building charm. Courtyard is so perfectly maintained as well as continuous plans to keep the building as a whole in top shape. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jackie today and she is the kindest person ever. Took me around the apartments and has convinced me I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. A very lovely community she cultivates and I hope to be apart of it!
Jackie goes above and beyond for her tenants. She is always professional and creates a great sense of community. Her response time is always prompt and provides a fast solution.
Jackie has made living at these Silver Birch apartments one of the most magical experiences of my life; everything that could have been difficult or daunting or scary has instead been easy and exciting and fun… and I know my experience is not unique in this respect, as she makes every tenant who lives in these buildings feel welcomed, safe, and looked after. Our super, Jackie, is a super super. She cares about her tenants, cultivates a community vibe, gets on with neighbours and works very hard to keep channels of communication open, ensure we all have a clean and safe place to live. I know if I bring her a problem it will be dealt with as quickly as possible, with constant contact until it is.
