Decent space + amenities + proximity to grocery. Bike room is just a horror story as bikes get stolen even if you lock them up inside. Property management refuses to take actions and seems to care only about removing the ones that were parked outside the room. Though that rule itself is unequally applied to residents that live further away from the entrance’s immediate sight. Cherisse Lunt is not a great property manager.
Apartments suffer from a lack of privacy. Very unfriendly management. Run by a soulless conglomerate that is more concerned with the aesthetic of the building than people. They will not allow window decals to let light through while preserving privacy because it violates the 'building aesthetic'. Advertised hardwood floors are fake.
