Avoid at all cost
I lived at 82 Warren Rd, Toronto for one year, and unfortunately it was not a good experience at all. On the very first day, when I was supposed to get my keys and move in, the unit was extremely dirty. I couldn’t even enter. Management asked me to wait one more day so they could clean it. Not a great welcome for my first home in Canada. The worst part of living here was the cockroach problem. I would get up at night to drink water and the kitchen would be full of cockroaches. All I have to say is…… Location, location, location.
I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as the management here has shown little to no interest in addressing ongoing issues. One of the biggest problems is the lack of heating during cold weather. I’ve been complaining about this for a while, sending multiple emails to management, but have received no response at all.
