811 east is a nice place but what really made it feel like home was the front office admin Ms. Charlene. Ms. Charlene helped me while living on the premises with all paperwork and utilities and then when I had to end my lease earlier then expected for military service she was incredibly understanding, helpful, and involved in making sure I had no extra fees or payments. Thank you 811 and Ms. Charlene!!
I've been really impressed with how well-managed my apartment complex is—maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everything is kept in great condition. It's a refreshing change from my previous experience with college housing, where things often took much longer to address if they were even addressed.
The ladies here in the office treat me with so much kindness and respect! They truly care about comfort and safety above all else and as a student at UT, I think this is an amazing place to live.
Great place to live! I've lived here for over 3 years now and I have been a VERY happy renter (esp. during times of crazy interest rates).
I have lived here for just over 2 months. Everybody here is extremely helpful with anything that you may need. The maintenance guys are so efficient and always take care of any issues very quickly. The 2 front desk women: Ellie and Charlene, are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend living here and I’m glad I picked to live here.
