This company does it right. I've rented multiple residents and 9 out of 10 times, they were managed by a company out of Dallas or New York or California. How can you not know what's going on with your properties if you're not even in the same area? I highly recommend 806 because they're local, and their honesty and integrity is unmatched in the industry.
The best investment out there is rental properties. Put 20% down and let the tenants pay the other 80% over a 15 year period. Other advantages is appreciation and tax breaks. Then hire this property management to take of everything else from keeping it rented to repairs. They are the best in Lubbock.
