Mark was wonderful and had everything in place for the closing on Saturday. The two other men that helped were great as well my disappointment was with the man in the yard he insulted my son with a miserable attune . The manager came over as what was wrong I told him he walked away as if this is normal no problem . I almost walked away, what kind of people are they hiring mark? These guys have always been awesome to deal with and I appreciate their transparency in taking care of our cars for the past 10 years. With all that, Craig was a life savor today. I was parked at Maplefields around the corner and every idiot light on the dash lit up when I attempted to start the car back up. He sent someone right over (at no cost I might add) to get me started and back to a point where the car could be assessed. I'm continually impressed
