Our sales rep gave us a great walk-through of all of the functions of our new Honda passport. We’re not techy people so we appreciated that they just didn’t handle us the keys and the handbook of the car and expect us to figure it out on our own.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the dealer for quite a number of years. Dave H., who just sold us our new CR-V was terrific. Service dept, most recently Michael D. has always done me right too.
Nobody ever answers the phone when I try to call, they are more than happy to take your money and sell you a car or parts (at an extortionate cost) and when you have any service done to the car they don’t verify the work done and make sure that the problem was resolved or not.
