Hugh is amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable and will patiently answer all your questions. He's also very good at pointing out things you didn't know or think about but need to. He's a fantastic resource.
The owners really make me feel at ease. They are nice, patient, very accommodating, and knowledgeable. They patiently showed me and my partner each wood type, explained to us the pros/cons, and advised us what is best for our dog :)) they also recommend us a good contractor, so I thank you for all of this. My partner& I haven't started all our remodeling project yet, but 800Floors seems to have what we want in comparison to other places.
