Poor management, unskilled, unprofessional and vindictive! I’ve never seen any management team that is so lazy and doesn’t stand behind the few good employees they have.
Since I moved in 3 years ago, they have been slowly, yet constantly removing amenities. Since Co-Vid hit, there have basically been zero amenities. This week the hot tub was drained and roped off and the grills were locked. I'm moving because I cannot justify the high cost of living here with zero amenities.

We've lived here for 4 years now and have loved every moment. The staff is easy to work with and always happy to help. I'd really like to highlight the maintenance team, seriously the best team out their. Recently I requested a list of items to be taken care and had everything fixed within 24hrs. Beyond happy!! They have community events and appreciation parties all the time. Which really makes this place feel like a community. Neglectful office manager Melissa, she’s retaliates against you personally, doesn’t solve residential issues, and has a very unprofessional demeanor. Although other office staff are great, (Crystal and Shannon). Poor visitor parking (your guests will get towed)! Hard to even obtain a reserved parking spot close to your apartment building. Look elsewhere, immediately.
We just moved in yesterday. The office staff has gone out of their way to welcome us. Cody and Ashley took care of all the details of getting us settled in. We are enjoying the craft beer and snacks that are served in the clubhouse daily. This place is awesome!
Great clean property with a friendly staff, especially the Leasing Manager, Ashley. The clubhouse and fitness center are wonderful and the location is perfect!
