SNARKY! I called needing information about what CDE is and what all it involves on behalf of a family member who is experiencing anxiety over not knowing what exactly it is. The guy who answered the phone was not at all helpful and was rude and judgmental toward me. He tried to make me feel ashamed for trying to help out my family member.
