I regret ever taking my golden retriever, Buddy, to "K-9 Command." The trainer, Vince, uses harsh, punitive methods he didn't disclose beforehand. He yelled at Buddy, yanked his leash so hard he choked, and recommended using a shock collar for basic obedience. I walked out of the first session in tears.
