I lived here for 2 years and ill list some pros can cons of the apt. Pros: -Good location with a reasonable price compared against other downtown apartments. Close to canal and bikeshare stations. Redline right next to it if you need the bus. -Modern apartments. Mine had granite countertops, new appliances and a "sterile/clean" feel to it. -New management- the new property manager Leah Fleetwood has actually been so helpful and responsive to the concerns I've had. Finally got a wonderful building manager again. Very personable and caring. Something that is a rarely in this day age. Maintenance is always on point!!!
If I could leave ten stars I would. Leah and Brad are great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I only been living here for almost 3 months & I love it. Leah makes the move in process go smoothly. If you need maintenance done, Brad is your go to & he's pretty quick.
