I've been at Paseo since December and have really loved living here. The pool is awesome, the restaurant is actually good, and all the other common spaces have a great vibe too. The whole health and wellness focus of the building is something I appreciate more the longer I'm here. Great gym and great group fitness classes. Paseo’s management team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful during a stressful and severe apartment issue. If you are wondering whether they will act with integrity when things get complex and difficult, they will. It was the new manager’s second day and he coordinated the safe relocation of Checkers whilst triaging and managing an escalating incident. I have lived in a lot of cities and a lot of buildings—NYC, DTX, LA, etc.—and my tour with Amadi was by far the best I have ever had. By miles. She was unbelievably kind and helpful and answered all of my questions, let me go back during my tour to a couple apartments a few times, and was really invested in ensuring that I was confident on my decision to move in. She was extremely responsive and helpful and I could not be more grateful or excited to move in! She needs any and all promotions!!! 🩷
I’ve lived here since December and this is by far the happiest I’ve ever been with where I’ve lived my 6 years in Austin. The building is remarkable, community is incredibly friendly, and the staff is wonderful. Can’t beat the amenities and everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. Super thankful for Amadi who helped me tour the place and get through the process seamlessly. Was a great start to my experience here.
