Honestly really disappointed with the property manager Chassity. Very rude, loved the property but decided not to lease. Customer service should always be top priority in property management
I want to personally give a shoutout to Hannah in Leasing and the manager Victor. The experience I have had with these two individuals has been nothing short of extraordinary, they have gone the distance to make me feel at home and comfortable in my living space. Highly recommend.
My girlfriends and I enjoyed a one night staycation here on a Saturday. We arrived around noon and checked our bags at the front desk, stepped out to grab some lunch nearby, then headed up to spend the afternoon at the pool. The building is lovely, the pool has a fantastic view, lots of deck chairs and lounges, and options for both sun and shade. We appreciated that bar service was available, too. I took a tour here as a perspective resident with Eddie the other day and I wish I could give him 6 stars out of 5 lol. He is incredible at what he does and took so much time to show me all the different floorplans as well as all the amenities. He never rushed and he was so knowledgeable about the entire complex.
