I've been staying in the hotel portion of this building (Roost) for 17 days dog sitting. I must say this place is incredible but the staff makes it happen. Everyone is friendly and helpful especially Poya who helped me in a few instances. I would recommend this apartment/hotel to anyone. Thank you!

Paseo is a fantastic place to live with saunas, Pilates, cold plunges, 2 pools, and great shared workspaces. Rafael is fantastic and showed us multiple units. He was so patient and responsive on texts and emails. He even helped us with the lil elevator issue on move in day and followed up when we had questions on MINDBODY app etc post move in. 100% recommend making an appt with him to show you around.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The Paseo is an awful and obnoxious place. Every weekend there is a very loud pool party with horrible, very loud bass-bumping remix DJ music. If you call the staff, they are rude and dismissive and will NOT help or let you speak to a manager. These parties consistently go later than advertised and are annoying to neighbors close by for an entire day, every week, yet they are unwilling to listen or help.
Honestly really disappointed with the property manager Chassity. Very rude, loved the property but decided not to lease. Customer service should always be top priority in property management
