Everyone has been nice and helpful. When maintenance is needed the guys are on it. They’ve been great about closing the door behind them when they come inside, as I have 2 cats. When my AC went out 2x in July 2024 ( during the heat wave) they worked hard to find the problem, especially since I was not the only one. The pool is nice on those hot days, especially if you work outside. I would not recommend living here under any circumstances unless you don’t mind losing your security deposit. What they are doing is illegal and if you value your money like I do, live anywhere else!!!! Upon moving out I was denied a walk through inspection several times, receiving attitude from the front desk ladies. I would not recommend this apartment complex to my friends or family after nearly three years of living here. On the positive side, it is in a great location. The pool is supposed to be heated, but there are times when it isn’t. The maintenance team is skilled, but their availability seems to depend on their convenience. Additionally, there are video cameras only at the front of the complex, which makes me question overall safety.
