Mark and the team at 8 West managed my mom’s apartment for the last 8 years. This is a 100-year-old property in Banker’s Hill, so it needed frequent attention. The 8 West team has been awesome! They responded immediately to every issue, found cost effective and quality solutions, and kept my mom and her tenants happy. HORRIBLE COMPANY! :-( I recently filed complaints with the CSLB, DRE, and Attorney General's offices, which are currently being reviewed. A CSLB Supervisor called me yesterday and we spoke for over an hour and 10 minutes about various issues. He said although what 8West is doing may not be illegal, what they are doing is highly unethical, and certainly not professional, or acceptable in the industry.
