They have a pool and manager is so helpful. The place is very clean.
I’ve owned my condo at the Santee town villas since 2016. Although I’ve not had many issues to deal with since 8 west completely stays on top of the grounds, I do want to praise Melissa and mark for their attention to detail and always making any and all communication was promp. Mark and the team at 8 West managed my mom’s apartment for the last 8 years. This is a 100-year-old property in Banker’s Hill, so it needed frequent attention. The 8 West team has been awesome! They responded immediately to every issue, found cost effective and quality solutions, and kept my mom and her tenants happy.
