As a resident of the 2024-2025 school year I give the apartment a 5/10. Rooms are nice and the apartments have a lot of living room and kitchen space. Staff is friendly and fairly helpful and timely. Over all amenities are nice but are a little small for the size of the apartment and amount of people. Is close to to the Haymarket which is nice but security is lackluster with an occasional guard and barely any cameras. many unwelcome people have been invited and caused issues for the whole building (ex: pulled fire alarms dur... read more
