RecommendedI am so happy I chose chiropractic care during my 2nd pregnancy. Dr. Jayde is great and always addressed my concerns. Within a few visits my back pain was substantially better. Dr. Jayde’s expertise with the Webster technique also helped to flip my breech baby at 37.5 weeks! I had a smooth and easy delivery and attribute a lot of that to the care I received. Thank you so much! I recommend you to everyone, especially other pregnant women.
Dr. James helped me regain proper shoulder function through adjustments, mobility, and strength exercises. Highly recommended!
I've been seeing chiropractors for years, due to chronic lower back pain. I spend each winter on Amelia, and hobbled in (literally, as I could not walk normally nor without pain) to 8 Flags a few weeks ago, seeking relief. Since I've been working w/ Dr. Gray, I've experienced marked improvement, increased joint mobility, and diminished pain. In addition, she's teaching me therapeutic exercises to strengthen the underlying muscles to sustain the balanced alignment. I would highly recommend 8 Flags with no reservation.
Dr Jayde is amazing. I’ve been to chiropractors for years and she is by far the best. She takes the time to listen to her patients and customizes each visit based on their needs. Being a fairly active person she listens to what I have going on each visit and addresses muscle aches and pains, posture issues in addition to my normal adjustments. This office has two very talented chiropractors. I highly recommend both.
I have had serious back issues for several years now... my job requires me to be on my feet for most of the day and when it acts up I can’t even stand up straight . I’ve used chiropractors for many years. I recently injured my back and needed to find a new chiropractor because mine had retired.
