Half way through the season my sons shoulder was aching due to overuse and repetitive shot motions. He said it hurt just to lift up.... I called and they fit us in for an appointment the next day. Over the next 4 days later this kid shot 7 for 8 from the 3 point line and said his arm felt completely normal. We LOVE this team!!

Doctor Brook is one of the finest doctors in acupuncture she has cured my sciatica and is now working on my husband for many reasons but so far I always feel better when I leave her establishment than when I go in. she has my highest recommendation !!
Brook and Russ are top notch healers! So many different ailments can be tamed with Acupuncture and a good adjustment. I highly recommend!
Russ and Brook are both very professional and know their stuff! I see them for chiropractic reasons and now for acupuncture and both experiences have been helpful in healing and preventative therapy. I no longer have the issues with my lower back that I once had and the acupuncture has relieved tension headaches and neck stress! I totally recommend 8 Dimensions for overall health care!
Dr. Brooke is a skilled practitioner who focuses on applying the deeper energetic components of acupuncture to achieve real health. She is very in tune.
