Amazing inspector! Looks at everything, does the job right.
had the guy come out and inspect the house told me the roof was good had about 15yrs left. a year later I get a leak my second and 1 floor now need major fixing from water damages. i had my home insurance deny my claim they sent an inspector who took picture...the whole roof needs to be replace it's all old and barely has life left. never again will I be so dumb to hire people like this.
