I am very disappointed with the Suites at Third following the end of my lease. I was a resident at Suites from August 2017-July 2019 and had no issues while living there. However, in February of 2020, 8 months AFTER my lease ended, I was contacted by the office to pay a fine regarding cleaning fees. If I did not pay the charges within the month, Suites at Third was going to report me to collections. This was never addressed during the entire move-out process back in late July of 2019.
