RecommendedThis pharmacy is amazing. The people working there are awesome. They are so over worked and under appreciated, but they really do go above and beyond for everyone. They really do see the worst in everyone, but continue to put out amazing service. Other than that, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside a lot of great people in this clinic. I’ve been seen by great providers. Everyone here really does care about every person that comes through those doors. Highly recommend the 7th medical group. 5 stars
Call peoples numbers that are already ready, waiting to be picked up. This 2-5 hour wait is ridiculous.
My children had to get their flu shots today. My oldest ones are very scared of needles and were very nervous about it. The 2 medical personnel that worked there today were amazing! They talked to my children, made them feel better about it, and it ended up being a great experience! I was expecting my 3 year old to cry and get scared, but one of the 2 workers gave him a little car while the other one administered the shot really quick. Reliable and trusted care!
I’ve been waiting a month for a call from my PCM. I’ve sent numerous emails through micare, and I’ve talked to patient advocate. This is only the most recent issue. I’ve already switched all my children to off base providers. Worst med clinic I’ve ever been in.
As active duty I never had any real problems with the clinic, retired people get screwed! The pharmacy is a joke!!! I guess they are like the VA, die while you are waiting to get a prescription.
