7th Element Heating & Cooling responded quickly to our need for air conditioning repair/service. The HVAC Technician Johnny was professional, polite, knowledgeable, personable, efficient and excelled at customer service and making sure I was happy with everything before he left. He was efficient and quick, but took the extra time to do everything well and working properly. I will definitely want 7th Element to do any future heating or cooling work. Aaron came for a tune up, he cleaned the AC unit, replaced a capacitor, and added refrigerant. Our house is already cooler. He was kind and described everything he was doing. Best HVAC service we’ve ever had.
