Worst lab experience here ever. They've recently split the checking in process to form two lines. One is to prioritize appointments vs walk in lab patients. However, they do not offer appointments for outpatient lab draws. If you're just getting your blood drawn, prepare to be ignored. They'll let five appointments go before you BUT THEY DONT OFFER APPOINTMENTS FOR LABS. And they truly don't care if you wait indefinitely. If you just need outpatient services, ignore this place like the plague
I came here for labs supporting an individual with intellectual disabilities . The lady who was “helping “ us was so rude and unprofessional. The man I support was afraid and she was rude like as if he was hitting her or trying to which he wasn’t he was pulling away and her response to him was so rude and I don’t think she should work with children or adults with intellectual disabilities if she can’t be understanding and comforting to those uncomfortable with needles.
