The Braider asked me to come before they opened so I did and when I got there, she was nowhere to be found and there was another lady waiting for her. So she double booked us and didn’t even bother to show up on time. I left after 30 minutes because if my appointment is at 7, and it is now 730, you’re nowhere to be found and you have another person going in front of me that’s about 2 hours of waiting before you even start on my hair. Defeats the whole purpose of booking an appointment. Won’t ever be back.
I’ve been going to nae for over 10 years, she is the only one I trust to do my braids in Vegas. Highly recommend booking with Nae, great service!
