Meghan Gianunzio is an amazing manager! Ever since she took over managing for the place that we rent, all of the communication, work orders and other exchanges have been very pleasant, professional and done within a very short time period. I also love how easy it is to pay rent, address maintenance requests and add updates through the AppFolio Portal app.
