Horrible company.. customer service sucks PAULA is an ignorant, no help *****. Stood waiting for the tow truck more than 2 hours and nothing every time we called she said 30 more mins. then she tells me to leave the car there they will pick it up 5 hours passes * call to see if they picked up my vehicle and she has the nerve to say that my vehicle is not there and they couldn't find it.. when it was still in the same location. Called to set a time to have truck towed. Was told 14:05. Had to call back and now I was told 1/2 hour. Person answering phone never announced the name of the company. The repair shop closes at 16:00. Had to cancel tow and find another company.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with their front desk operators: Diana and Hailey. Hailey unfortunately was the worst one towards the end. I can understand the level of stress that they are in but if you can't take the heat from the calls that come in every other minute while dealing with complaints and other crazy stuff than change jobs. Waited on a hot parking garage for a tow over 4 hrs then they towed it to wing location skip this tow company!
