Absolutely horrible experience. I was assigned to 777 Towing through Progressive and waited from 6 AM to 5 PM—that’s 11 HOURS—for a tow that never came. I missed an important appointment because of them. Every time I called for an update, they either hung up on me or gave me the runaround. Clearly, they’re too busy to handle Progressive jobs and have zero communication or accountability. If you have a choice, avoid them at all costs.

Triple Seven towing will cost you money is you use them. I waited for the service for 4 hours plus. Sent a truck and could not properly load my motorcycle which they were told from the beginning it was a big bike. Waiting for another person to assist. They loaded my bike and DROPPED IT. Damaging the bike. Just had it all redone 3 months ago and MJ promised he would handle it. Well yeah, that is not happening. Worst service, 777 towing company is incompetent, my insurance company setup the pick up, Wait more than 2 hours, called them for update and they were asking for something they should know and they were conflicting with what my insurance agent said, on top of that they need additional 90 minutes of wait time.

STOP do not use 777 Towing. I would give a zero but the app would not let me. I was waiting - watching the app to see their arrival. It said 65-90 minute wait. I’m stranded and had no choice but to wait.. I watched the timer on the app go down to 35 minutes to wait did it change to arriving soon- after 45 minutes I tried to call the company it was late at night. I had a tire burst on the highway on Friday night at around 10:50pm. I went through my insurance to get Readside. I was then connected with 777 Towing at 11:00 roughly. I did not have a spare so tow was the only option. The driver arrived about an hour later. I initially had the drop off location to my house and planned on taking care of my tire the following day since it was super late. I had a flat tire and the whole tire came off on the freeway during morning traffic. I called 777 TOWING at 7:45 AM on May 31, 2023. They told me that their ETA was 9:31 AM for a tow. It was a fairly big emergency situation with the car stranded on the shoulder of the freeway. 9:31 AM came and went with no tow truck arriving. I waited until 10 AM and called the company. These FOOLS took my car from my house and we were supposed to follow them to the destination and they took it to the tow yard. 3 hours later the nasty chick on the phone (dispatcher) said they will get there when they get there. I asked for a supervisor because she was so nasty and she got back on the phone asking like she was the supervisor. We drove 200 miles and they never left *********!

Thank you so much 777 Towing. You guys are the worst. You totaled my wife's vehicle that was parked in front of my house while your driver, Dejon "Maurice" Morris was distracted with his GPS. Even worse, he wasn't going to stop until my neighbor flagged him down. Thank God my wife and newborn daughter weren't in the car. The owner, Savendra has been completely unhelpful in this situation and hung up the phone when we told him we will be settling this through our insurance. Maybe my attorney should contact you.
