The apartments are really nice. For a full-service building it is priced about right I think. LEED certified. Parking. Free bike share program. Guest parking. Pet-friendly. Roof deck w/hot tub...
The guys at the front desk are rude. Period.
Apartments here are extremely over priced. From advertising I've seen a one bedroom starts at $2220 a month.
