There was a residue on my windshield, that I missed while looking it over before purchasing. They assured me they would take care of it, only to tell me upon coming back that it was out of warranty. It’s bad business to assure someone that you will take care of something and then say nope, warranty is out.
I went there for an oil change, tire rotation and to get a wheel lock that was missing from the package. I was there over two hours, for something so simple.
