Oscar and David are great fixing the work orders!
Jerome's customer service is absolutely abysmal. And what kind of apartment doesn't even have model units to show future residents? Potential applicants / residents beware of this apartment. Planning to find corporate contacts to escalate leasing agent behavior towards customer along with their lack of knowledge in the real estate market + ridiculousness of not having model units to present to potential residents.
1st, a huge shoutout to Oscar, an incredible, attentive, responsive resource helping me with so many maintenance requests and orienting me to the property as I move in. He’s so caring and has gone above and beyond in helping me, I’m so grateful for him! About 777 in general - be careful when viewing virtual tours then booking an apartment without seeing it (due to inventory this is quite common, I’m hearing). I haven't lived here, but Oscar in maintenance went out of his way to give a helpful tour of the apartments outside of work hours.
I have lived here for 1yr Pros The only good thing here is the maintenance gentleman Oscar - he is fast to take care of issues and also friendly. Major Con Rent here if you want to risk ruining your renters/credit history. Here is what will happen...if by any chance they miss to auto deduct your rent, the community manager will record that as a late payment and you will never know till you are about to move out. That will absolutely ruin your renters/credit history and a chances of getting an apartment with other communities... read more
