Great experience renting here overall. Particularly, I liked how responsive the maintenance team is. David is always on top of any issues and provides a quick resolution.
Maintenance: 10/10. Thanks to Oscar and David who are always friendly and solve problems within 1 day max.
Never lived at this property but I have lived at another essex "managed" property. Stay away!!! Essex does not have onsite leasing or management. It's all remote, so it's a pain to communicate with them. They hardly ever answer calls or respond to emails. They list units that might not actually be available and try to keep your money if you don't accept one of the other units that they have available. They try to fill their own pockets so they hire the worst vendors to do repairs which in the long run they're probably wastin... read more
