Visited this building a few times and the views are amazing! The residents I met were friendly and really seemed to love the location, the building, and the overall vibe of the place! Seems like a great place to live!

Loved living here. Way better than 99 Hudson where I lived before. Absolutely perfect location. Very clean and not noisy.

I loved this building but the frequent AC problems in the past few months has become more and more unbearable. The phrase “AC is down” seem to be easy to say, but the consequence from it impacts people’s life big time. When the AC goes down all of the sudden, our unit could be heated up to 90F. Sometimes I’m at work, so my poor dog is overheating at home but he couldn’t complain or call anyone. He could have passed out in heat like that. The staff is amazing! I love Gladys and Goodness! However, a month doesn’t go by without loosing either water service or air conditioning. Planned water maintenance (which shuts down A/C) takes place in the heat of July. Awful for anyone with pulmonary issues. Long-time owners fleeing! The staff is still outstanding. The building is falling apart! Another notification of no water and no air conditioning…IN AUGUST!!! One other thing.
