I lived at 77 Hudson for years, and unfortunately my experience with Gladys Colon and management left me extremely disappointed. The last straw was a $200 violation fine during my move-out. I challenged it because the written Rules & Regulations described procedures that were not followed in my case, including a warning process and an ADR opportunity. After I disputed the fine, I was told that the Board was “very dissatisfied” with my move but had “elected not to impose a fine.” That response honestly made me even more upset... read more

I have lived here since the beginning of 2025. I remember the building going up I’d say about 15 years ago. I was always attracted to the materials, the lines and the design. I remember watching it going up from my job across the street. At that point it wasn’t the right time, but finally after all these years I get to live here. And I love it. The views, the layout and gorgeous appointments, all the little details. Wonderful amenities, great staff, nicr residents, and of course a fantastic location. Feels like a high end Ma... read more
