Lived here 4 years and love it!
Living at 77 12th has been amazing, and much of that can be attributed to Kentrell. Kentrell's dedication to providing excellent service is evident in everything he does. Whenever I've had an issue or needed assistance, Kentrell has resolved it. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make all the difference. All of the staff are incredible. Living here, I genuinely feel appreciated as a resident (super dog friendly as well). If you're considering moving to Midtown, check out 77 12th!
For me this is the peak of luxurious lifestyle home, I will say it is understatement to call the place an apartment , I was shocked that you can even get an apartment for $1700 here unbelievable, yet in the metropolitan heart of Atlanta, the staff are so warming, refined people living here, you will be so happy that you are here, I was there only one day and I felt in love with the apartment! Let’s go there !
It would be very remiss of me if I didn't praise Kentrell and the entire staff. When I first arrived for a tour, I was warmly greeted by a kind, professional concierge who answered all of my questions before I even met with the leasing team.
