The rudest and most ridiculous tour I’ve ever had. I wasted more time waiting for Mr. Allan than actually touring the building. I had to wait close to 20 minutes because they had double-booked. The front desk girl was the sweetest lady, and the residents were so friendly. But unfortunately, this apartment doesn’t care about future residents at all.
Leasing was a simple and convenient process, all thanks to the wonderful Mr. Kentrell. From the moment I walked into the office, Mr. Kentrell greeted me with a warm smile and a professional demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. Thanks to his support, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the leasing process, ultimately securing the perfect place with ease.
Horrible leasing office doesn’t respond or email back
I just moved in last week and already feel right at home. The entire leasing staff and concierge team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Kentrell during my move-in process, and he was amazing! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident and excited about my decision.
