I toured several apartments around the area and 77 12th was the only that truly felt like luxury. Allen Weiss was the agent who gave me the tour and he was by far the best. Every question I asked came with a detailed response and he made it an easy choice to call this place home.
Before deciding on 77&12th, I toured 18 other apartments… I know, 18 exact. As soon as I walked into 77&12th I knew it was the one. The amenities are lovely and the apartments are beautiful but more importantly, the staff is so helpful and that put me at ease completely. Kentrell is sincerely the best. Just wanted to shoutout Kristina and her amazing staff for every single bit of help they’ve given me over the past few days. Incredibly prompt responding to emails and amazingly helpful with scheduling tours and providing details on lease, location and amenity information. I cannot wait to move in.
