Just moved in here last week. Great experience till now. Everyone especially Kentrell from the leasing office has been really cooperative throughout the logistics of the moving process and leasing. This was something I was missing at my old apartment so I’m glad the team at 77 12th handles things well!
I just moved into 77 12th Midtown Apartments, and so far, the process has been so smooth. Kentrell was accessible at all times, answered all my questions, and ensured that all my needs would be met. I told him that my previous apartment had not taken care of the mold, and he made sure to double-check that maintenance had fixed the mold in the bathroom before I moved in. My husband and I have had the privilege of living in this wonderful community for the past 2 years. We are sad to go, because being a part of 77 12th community has been absolutely wonderful! The management team, including Kristina, Mrs. D (Dashonna), and Kentrell are such welcoming and helpful folks! And let's not forget Philip, Walter and all the other concierge staff. Kristina, Dee, Kentrell, honestly so amazing. Between the great resident events and the customer service this team has made 77 12 one of the best places in midtown. Seriously
Absolutely love living here! Location is amazing with lots of restaurants, stores, and Piedmont park just a short walk away. Staff is very attentive and the amenities/common areas are very well kept. Kentrell was super helpful during my move-in process! Definitely recommend!
