I had an appointment for 6:15-6:45 on 06/20/2026 at the 77 12th apartments in Atlanta GA. When I arrived I was told by the concierge that she does not know what tour 24 is I showed her the app and pointed to the key lock on the wall. Then she acts completely like I'm in the wrong and then told me I don't have an appointment in her system and I will not be able to tour and tried to make it seem like I was lying about having a appointment and they don't do tours at this time when I already showed her the app showing my schedul... read more
I have loved every second of living here! Everyone on the management, maintenance, and concierge/security team have been exceptional and exceeded all expectations! Everyone so clearly cares about the residents and I’ve had nothing but incredible interactions with the entire staff. A top notch apartment in a great spot in midtown with wonderful amenities. Cannot beat it. Truly couldn’t recommend this place (and the wonderful team who run it) more!
