Before writing this review, I noticed that someone wrote something similar just a month ago: “I toured 18 apartments, but as soon as I walked into 77 on 12th, I knew this was the one.” That was our feeling too—except we were unable to tour the building in person. We had to do the research remotely and take as many virtual tours as possible, which was not easy.
