RecommendedFast, efficient & friendly! These guys are quick & legit, so if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic, this is your spot. They greet you right away, whether it be one of the mechanics, the cashier or even the owner, like I experienced, they're really on top of their game. I've had this experience the past FEW times I've gone so that is also pretty great to know is that they are consistent w/their customer service & quality of work.
I was told I needed the computer on my car fixed before it would pass inspection, I took my car to a second car shop and all I needed was an original gas cap. I was charged $108.52 for a wrong diagnoses. I am 79yrs old, I don't know much about cars but I feel I was taken advantage of . I don't recommend this shop to anyone. I 'lost my trust in them.
Don’t get inspections performed here. Twice now i’ve tried to get my truck inspected here. The first time I failed for an out brake light, which I understood. Today they “found” the headlight bulb loose in the housing. I don’t ever recall techs checking the fitment of perfectly functional lights. These guys obviously are hurting financially and are trying to make a buck anywhere they can. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money.

Soooooo Youniversal Auto Care where to begin?? They have literally saved us in the thousands with the vehicles we have owned over the past 5 years and I love the people here from the front office Manager aka Rob, to the owner Johnny Valerio they always take care of their customers. They do not make me feel inferior or uneducated rather than do that like other auto shops Johnny leads with the explanations of what needs to be fixed and why, or uses a really good analogy of a comparison to where I understand what he is talking ... read more
Johnny is the kindest business man that you will ever meet! Stop by his shop and check out the great mechanic work that they have to offer!! Fast and very professional. I work in a customer service environment and believe me when I say, Youniversal Auto has the best customer service in town!!!
