Karen was great to work with in purchasing our new home. All her efforts and support resulted in our purchase of a beautiful home. In addition, she went the extra mile and provided additional support for us while we completed a long-distance move to our new home. Karen is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable buyer broker/agent and was wonderful to work with!

Karen is very professional, honest and works diligently. She also goes above and beyond in her duties as a realtor as an example showing you the area and also being available when you need recommendations on companies later on after closing on the house.
Karen Parr is phenomenal. She went way above and beyond expectations and has extensive expertise in what to look for when buying a house. She is extremely detail oriented and very responsive. Next time I buy or sell, I will definitely go through Karen again.
Karen is AMAZING to say the least! She goes above and beyond for her clients. We have sold and bought 2 homes with her and we never had a worry! We unfortunately don’t live in VA anymore and she still helps advise us down here in FL. We really miss having her represent us though.. The best agent you’ll ever work with!
