Mainly and Chris have been our landlord for going on 10 years at 2 different properties. They are the best. Everything is spelled out, cut and dry. But they are also kind and understanding. Any maintenance needs I have requested are done in a timely manner. When I do decide to purchase a home, they will be my person. Choose First Landing for all your rental or home buying needs.
I inquired about a Chesapeake rental property of theirs via Zillow. Scheduled a tour with Chris for same day. Nearing the time, I contacted him before leaving my home to make sure we were still tracking to meet. I did not hear anything from him to confirm. I gave him the benefit of doubt and decided to drive to property to be on time to meet. I get there and he's not there.
